Lego® Education is looking for an exceptional specialist in sales operations and data support to join our North America team. This person will be thoughtful, strategic, and punctual in their response to data requests and accessing customer data and account contact details.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide support to the sales team on data in Microsoft Dynamics, SalesIntel, and other CRM related systems
- Help with configuration and maintenance of our SalesIntel tool
- Assist in generating reports and dashboards to support sales activities
- Extract customer data from Salesforce and MS Dynamics as needed
- Help build audiences and support configuration of dashboards for channel sales team
- Ad hoc tasks related to data integrity and insights for the US Sales Team
Experience and Skills:
- 2+ years working in a sales operations support or marketing data role
- Salesforce or Dynamics CRM experience required
- Proficiency using a CRM and data platforms (DataFox, SalesIntel, Zoominfo)
- Proficiency with dashboards, reporting queries and exports to support sales processes
- Strong Excel/GSheets skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
This is a part time (20–25 hrs/week) contract remote position through May 2024.
