The team is responsible for identifying, acquiring and growing emerging merchants as well as creating long-term strategies to develop existing businesses on TikTok Shop. The team manages hundreds of accounts across various verticals: kitchenware, home decor & supplies, furnishing, sports & outdoors, toys & hobbies etc. The Home & Living team is set for growth with continuous commitment to merchants and customer experience.
Requirements
- Support seller education and strategy development to help sellers achieve early success on TikTok Shop via data analysis and seller collaboration
- Research and qualify top brands and merchants for onboarding
- Support outreach efforts as a Sales Development Representative engaging with potential partners
- Assist in pipeline management, lead tracking, and CRM updates to drive growth
- Help prepare pitch decks, outreach materials, and performance reports that shape brand success
