What RevOps jobs really ask for compared with real resumes

The Most-Viewed RevOps Jobs of 2026, Read by ReLoop.me (and How Resumes Compare)

Quick answer: The ten most-viewed Revenue Operations jobs on RevOps Careers in 2026 are mostly Manager and Analyst roles, and at least half are remote. ReLoop.me read five of them so far: all five had low requirement inflation, but the most-viewed “Manager” job turned out to be a hands-on role with no team. Comparing 1,966 full job ads with 71 resumes uploaded to RevOps Careers shows the main gaps: resumes under-sell forecasting and deal desk work, over-weight HubSpot, and often never use the words “Revenue Operations” at all.

Job titles in RevOps are loose. The same “Revenue Operations Manager” can mean running a team of five or being the only ops person at a 40-person startup. This article looks at the jobs people clicked on most this year, what an independent read of those ads found, and how the resumes on our site compare with what employers ask for.

Which RevOps jobs got the most views in 2026?

These are the ten Revenue Operations listings posted in 2026 with the most unique views, counting only listings with a full job description. We left out employer names.

2Remote Manager, Customer Operations (Revenue Operations)United States (remote)167

9Director of Revenue OperationsNew Hartford, New York, US85

Six of the ten are Manager or Analyst roles. Across all 2026 RevOps listings, 3.11% of people who viewed a remote job clicked Apply, against 0.92% for on-site jobs and 0.83% for hybrid ones.

What did ReLoop.me read in those job ads?

ReLoop.me reads a job ad and tells you the real seniority behind the title, whether the title matches the scope, and how inflated the requirements are. We ran its Role Quick Check on the top ads. Five reads are in; the other five will be added here.

1. Revenue Operations Manager (US, remote)

ReLoop read it as an individual contributor role at the “Demonstrated” level: Salesforce administration, revenue reporting and contract workflows across sales, finance, legal and product, with no team named. The ad asks for 4 to 7 years of experience and admin-level Salesforce. Not for you if you want to manage people. The posted range is $75k to $80k.

2. Remote Manager, Customer Operations

A genuine people-manager role that owns post-sales operations: onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion and forecasting. It asks for 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, 5+ years in Customer or Revenue Operations, 2+ years leading people, and hands-on AI or automation work you have shipped. The posted base range is $120k to $155k.

3. Revenue Operations Analyst (LatAm, remote)

A hands-on analyst role: maintaining systems, building automations with SQL and no-code tools, giving IT support to sales and marketing, and reporting. ReLoop flagged that SQL, Google Apps Script, advanced Excel and API experience are all listed as must-haves for an analyst. Pay is “competitive” with no figures.

4. Revenue Operations (leader role, New York)

The ad says the hire “may be hired at Manager or Director level”. ReLoop read the scope as Senior Manager, leading the function across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, so the title understates the job. If you are a strong manager, this kind of ad is worth a shot at the higher level.

5. Revenue Operations Analyst (London, hybrid)

An entry-level role (“Emerging”) focused on CRM data quality, enrichment and dashboards. The ad mentions 1 to 2 years of experience but as desirable, not required. Three office days a week; pay not stated.

Reads are an automated, AI-generated Role Quick Check by ReLoop.me. They are indicative, not calibrated, and describe the job ad, not you. Pay is quoted from the ads, not estimated.

Does “Manager” mean you will manage people?

Usually not. Only 9% of the 468 full Manager-titled RevOps ads this year use language about managing people (direct reports, leading a team, hiring). Our check only catches explicit wording, but it fits the first read above. Before you apply to a Manager role, look for team size or reports in the ad. If there are none, expect to do the work yourself.

What do employers ask for, and do resumes show it?

We compared the 1,966 full RevOps job ads from 2026 with the 71 resumes job seekers have uploaded to RevOps Careers (about half of them since September 2025). We only looked at totals, not at individual people.

Skill or toolJob ads mentioning itResumes mentioning it
Dashboards and reporting71%70%

Forecasting54%44%
Pipeline54%63%

HubSpot27%62%
SQL18%37%
Deal desk / quote-to-cash15%4%
CPQ9%6%
Python3%28%

What stands out:

  • Forecasting is in more than half of all ads but only 44% of resumes. If you have built or run a forecast, say so in those words.
  • Deal desk and quote-to-cash appear in 15% of ads and 4% of resumes, the widest gap in the table. If you have touched pricing approvals, contracts or billing handoffs, write it down.
  • HubSpot appears in 62% of resumes but only 27% of ads, while Salesforce is the more common ask. HubSpot experience is useful, but if you have any Salesforce experience, put it first.
  • Recent resumes mention AI far more often than older ones (57% vs 31% overall), roughly in line with the 49% of ads that do. Name the tool and what it did.
  • Only 47% of the resumes use the words “Revenue Operations” or “RevOps” anywhere. Applicant tracking systems and recruiters search for those words.

Resumes also tend to describe duties rather than results. In the median resume, only about a quarter of lines contain a number, and 25 of the 71 resumes have numbers in fewer than one line in five. “Rebuilt the forecast model, cutting forecast error from 18% to 6%” says much more than “responsible for forecasting”.

How much experience and pay should you expect?

Median minimum years of experience asked in 2026 RevOps ads, and the median midpoint of posted US pay ranges (small samples for some levels):

Title levelYears asked (median)US pay midpoint (median)
Analyst3$100k
Specialist / Coordinator3$101k
Manager5$127k
Lead / Principal5$140k
Senior Manager6$178k
Director7$185k
Head of5$235k
VP / Chief8$275k

65% of full RevOps ads this year include a pay range, so you can usually check pay before you apply.

What to do with this

  • Before you apply, check whether the title matches the job. A Role Intel from ReLoop.me does this for any job ad and adds an estimated pay range where the market is covered.
  • Use the words employers use: “Revenue Operations”, forecasting, pipeline, deal desk, Salesforce.
  • Put a number on at least every other bullet.
  • If you want to manage people, look for team size in the ad, not just “Manager” in the title.
