Business Development Expert is responsible for driving new business growth and market expansion by focusing on sales, identifying and converting high-value prospects, building a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, and applying consultative selling techniques to align solutions with client business needs.

Requirements

  • Identify and convert high-value prospects across assigned industries and territories.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to align solutions with client business needs.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Execute sales campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Establish and deepen relationships with decision-makers
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and business cases tailored to client goals.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure seamless transition to account management.
  • Track industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
  • Share client and market insights with Marketing and Product teams.
  • Explore untapped markets and emerging growth areas.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams
  • Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and operational standards.
