As a Manager in our Sales/Business Development team, you will lead a dynamic group of entry-level sales professionals, guiding them towards achieving organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Supervise daily activities of entry-level sales professionals.
  • Implement and oversee execution of sales strategies.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve team performance.
  • Monitor daily sales metrics and provide feedback.
  • Assist in the design and development of marketing programs.
  • Coordinate lead generation activities and manage sales pipelines.
  • Support team in developing and closing sales opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication with team regarding goals and progress.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Report on team performance and suggest areas of improvement.
