Requirements
- Manage a personal pipeline of prospects from initial outreach through qualification
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies using phone, email, social media, and events
- Respond to inbound leads with urgency, conducting deeper qualification conversations
- Research accounts to understand key stakeholders, challenges, and buying signals
- Collaborate with account executives to develop account-specific entry strategies
- Schedule and participate in prospect meetings or demos, ensuring smooth handoffs
- Track activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health in the CRM
- Use AI-powered tools and market data to prioritize outreach and craft personalized messaging
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance
