Requirements

  • Track record as an individual contributor in a BDR or SDR function
  • 2+ years of lead, supervisory, or direct management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong Salesforce skills and comfort with sales data and dashboards
  • Formal sales methodology training — MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, or similar
