Requirements
- 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS
- Proven ownership of paid campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, and funnel optimization
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with campaign and CRM data
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve execution and decision-making
- Strong operator mindset with a bias toward testing and iteration
