People Operations Manager

10Pearls is looking for a People Operations Manager to join the operations team in the Tysons Corner, VA office. This person will support the Director of Culture and Communication in championing employee growth, employee engagement, and people processes. You will be vital in supporting People Operations initiatives at 10Pearls with a high degree of interaction with employees, leaders, executives, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, operations management, or related field
• 5-7 years of human resources experience with increasing responsibility for a range of activities including professional development, employee engagement, immigration, and compliance
• Strong customer service mentality and ability to take initiative and solve problems creatively and efficiently
• Strong analytical skills – ability to synthesize and leverage data for decision making (i.e. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• High emotional intelligence and integrity, with the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Ability to embrace change and maintain a continuous learning mindset
• An entrepreneurial spirit, needing minimal guidance to come up with creative solutions to problems
• Technical savvy, with the ability to navigate and manage HR systems and tools (Greenhouse ATS and iSolved/Payroll Network HRIS a plus)
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP) is preferred.
