Data & Business Intelligence Lead (RevOps / Operations)

Jetson is seeking a Data & Business Intelligence Lead to build its internal data foundation and reporting systems from the ground up. This role will own the end-to-end analytics stack that powers decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, data engineering, or a similar technical role
• Strong experience building end-to-end internal analytics stacks (data ingestion → warehouse → BI)
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and analytics data modeling
• Hands-on experience with AWS data infrastructure, including S3 and Redshift
• Familiarity with ELT tools like Fivetran, Airbyte, or similar platforms
• Experience building dashboards, KPI frameworks, and operational reporting systems that drive accountability
