Tasks

• Design and optimize scalable workflows across the entire revenue funnel — from Marketing to Sales to Customer Solutions
• Lead RevOps initiatives from problem definition to implementation with a focus on measurable business impact
• Build forecasts, dashboards, and BI reporting to support strategic, financial, and commercial decision-making
• Support business planning and controlling through data-driven analysis and financial modelling
• Ensure clean and scalable CRM processes in HubSpot, including data quality and automation
• Identify bottlenecks, simplify processes, and improve operational efficiency across teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related GTM operations roles
• Analytical mindset with enjoyment of forecasting, financial modelling, data crunching, and BI reporting
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the business context behind revenue decisions
• Experience building scalable systems, workflows, and CRM structures in HubSpot
• Hands-on approach to automation and process optimization
• Cross-functional thinking with understanding of how Marketing, Sales, and Customer Solutions work together
