Role Overview
As Director, Global Field Sales Operations, you’ll partner with Sales and Revenue Operations leadership to run the operating rhythm of a global sales organization serving customers from Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB) through Enterprise across multiple regions.
What You Will Do
You’ll lead forecasting, pipeline management, planning, and productivity initiatives while building a scalable field operations function. By helping sales teams operate with greater clarity and consistency, you’ll support 1Password’s mission to help businesses protect what matters most with simple, human-centric security.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales strategy and operations within Business-to-Business (B2B) software
- 3+ years leading teams
- Deep experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, sales process, and operating rhythms across multiple segments
- Experience leading annual planning, territory design, quota setting, and in-year adjustments
- Experience supporting sales organizations across multiple regions, including Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior Sales leaders, communicate clearly, and influence decisions using sound judgment and data
- Experience hiring, developing, and coaching strong sales or revenue operations leaders
- Experience using Salesforce and artificial intelligence (AI) to improve forecasting, pipeline management, or sales productivity
