As a sales-strong person, we are looking for someone with proven experience in new customer acquisition through cold calling. You should actively win new customers, develop sales strategies, create offers, and drive closures together with the management.

Requirements

  • Active new customer acquisition in the B2B area through phone, email, and personal contact
  • Identification, qualification, and systematic development of new leads
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies for our services
  • Preparation and conduct of initial conversations, need analyses, and sales meetings
  • Creation of individual offers based on customer requirements
  • Building, maintaining, and further developing a structured sales pipeline
  • Documentation and follow-up of all sales-related activities in the CRM (Hubspot)
  • Continuous optimization of approach, processes, and closing rates
