What You Will Do

Leading 3M Consumer Business Group’s retail media value roadmap and identifying opportunities to drive profitable growth through improved retail media investments and capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Ten (10) years of experience in performance media, digital marketing, eCommerce, retail media, or related commercial marketing disciplines
• Demonstrated expertise across retail media, paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, and onsite/offsite media activation
• Experience improving business performance through media optimization, investment reallocation, and measurement-based decision making
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
• Experience within consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or another multi-brand consumer business with significant retailer partnerships
• Experience with platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Roundel, Orange Apron Media, and other major retail media networks
• Experience applying incrementality testing, marketing mix modeling, advanced analytics, automation, or AI to marketing decisions
• Strong analytical, financial, communication, and capability-building skills
