We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our enthusiastic team for Managed Services. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions, contributing to customer success, and developing the entity. You will demonstrate ownership of assigned work and lead teams, manage support contracts, and continuously improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor (in computer science or related experience)
- Minimum experience: 7+ years
- Proven Experience in consulting, client facing or team handling/leading
- Language skills: Fluent English
- Required certificates: ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS
