We are in search of an experienced Bid Manager to further professionalize our Global Bid Office. This strategic role involves leading and coordinating end-to-end bid cycles to ensure the development of high-quality, competitive proposals that align with client requirements and company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in bid management, preferably within a large management consulting firm and the IT industry
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex bids and achieving a high win rate
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple bids simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess opportunities and develop effective bid strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered an asset
  • A strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform
