Chief Revenue Officer (Co-Founder) – Artivia

About Artivia

Artivia is an AI-powered creative, branding, and digital innovation company transforming how brands ideate, design, and deliver at scale. We blend deep expertise in pre-media, packaging, artwork production, automation, and creative operations with cutting-edge AI to help global brands accelerate speed-to-market, elevate brand consistency, and unlock new creative possibilities.

We are early-stage, ambitious, and building a category-defining company at the intersection of AI, creativity, and production technology. We are now seeking a Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join us as a true partner and architect of our commercial engine.

This is not a job — it’s ownership.

Role Overview

As the Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer, you will own the full revenue charter: sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships. You will build the commercial engine from the ground up — strategy, pipeline, processes, partnerships, and execution.

You will be a founding partner with meaningful equity, joining at the earliest stage. Compensation is equity-first, transitioning to salary as revenue grows.

This role is ideal for someone who has built revenue from zero, understands the pre-media/packaging ecosystem deeply, and wants to co-create a company with global ambitions.

What You Will Own

1. Sales Leadership (Primary Focus)

  • Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for Artivia’s AI-powered creative and pre-media solutions.
  • Develop a repeatable sales engine: ICP, pipeline, forecasting, playbooks, CRM discipline, and performance metrics.
  • Lead enterprise sales cycles with CPGs, retailers, agencies, printers, and tech partners.
  • Drive early customer acquisition and revenue traction.
  • Build and eventually scale a high-performing sales team.

2. Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Shape Artivia’s market positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
  • Oversee demand generation, content strategy, and brand awareness.
  • Build a marketing engine that supports predictable pipeline growth.
  • Represent Artivia as a thought leader in AI-powered creative, packaging, and production innovation.

3. Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify and secure partnerships with:
  • Pre-media and packaging firms
  • Creative agencies
  • Printers and production partners
  • AI and technology platforms
  • Build a partner ecosystem that accelerates distribution and credibility.

4. Co-Founder Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO on company strategy, product direction, and long-term vision.
  • Contribute to fundraising strategy and investor conversations.
  • Help shape culture, values, and operating rhythms.
  • Make decisions as an owner — not an employee.

What You Bring

Must-Have Experience

  • Deep pre-media / packaging / artwork production experience (non-negotiable).
  • Proven success building and scaling sales engines from zero to meaningful revenue.
  • Strong enterprise sales experience with CPGs, agencies, or production partners.
  • Ability to sell both services and AI-powered solutions.
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments.

Leadership & Mindset

  • Builder mentality — thrives in ambiguity, creates structure from scratch.
  • Entrepreneurial, resilient, and motivated by ownership and upside.
  • Strong communicator with executive presence.
  • Comfortable being the face of revenue, partnerships, and market expansion.

Location

  • Virtual role based in North America or Europe for customer proximity.

Compensation

  • Equity (founding partner level)
  • Salary introduced as revenue grows
  • Long-term upside tied to company success
  • This is a rare opportunity to join as a true co-founder and shape a company with global potential.
