Role Overview
The Revenue Operations Analyst 2 will create new accounts, review contracts, develop provisioning guidelines, and build relationships with stakeholders. They will also monitor daily requests, prioritize tasks, and analyze data to inform decision makers. The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and flexibility.
What You Will Do
The candidate will create new accounts, link solution accounts to cloud organizations, enable features and user access, and perform product context upgrades/renewals. They will also review contracts, develop and implement provisioning guidelines, and build relationships with stakeholders.
