Role Overview
This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of go-to-market strategy, where you will shape how revenue is planned, measured, and scaled across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships.
What You Will Do
You will act as a key strategic partner to executive leadership, driving critical operating rhythms such as annual planning, forecasting, and business reviews. You will also play a pivotal role in transforming business needs into scalable systems and processes in partnership with technical teams.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategic Finance, Business Operations, or Management Consulting
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology environments, ideally within the $25M–$150M ARR range
- Deep expertise in territory planning, quota setting, forecasting, compensation design, and revenue performance management
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations
- Proven ability to build executive-level reporting, dashboards, and performance insights
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience influencing senior leadership and driving alignment across cross-functional teams (Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance)
- Hands-on experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and partnering with technical or systems teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing or mentoring team members is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent background in business, finance, or analytics is a plus
