Revenue Operations Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to help scale our Enterprise B2B SaaS and Technical Advisory go-to-market engines. This role sits at the intersection of Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Intelligence, Revenue Systems, and AI-enabled workflow improvement.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline, bookings, ARR, forecasts, conversion rates, sales productivity, campaign performance, and customer segmentation. Deliver actionable insights for leadership, identifying revenue trends, pipeline risks, stalled deals, and data quality issues.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Eligibility to work in Belgium.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Analytics, or a similar role.
• Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or another complex B2B commercial environment.
• A strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and KPIs, including pipeline management, ARR, bookings, renewals, expansion, churn, POCs/pilots, and forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience maintaining CRM data quality, sales process discipline, and reporting accuracy.
