Role Overview

The Director of Revenue Cycle & Business Operations is a hands-on leadership role responsible for strengthening the organization’s healthcare billing and collections function while building reliable operational systems for continued growth.

What You Will Do

Lead day-to-day revenue cycle performance, improve accounts receivable and cash flow, develop actionable reporting, and guide billing-system implementation and optimization.

Requirements

  • One to three years of progressive experience in healthcare billing, collections, revenue cycle, reimbursement, or a closely related healthcare operations function.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze accounts receivable, resolve billing issues, and improve follow-up processes.
  • Experience using healthcare billing, practice-management, electronic health record, or related financial systems.
  • Strong spreadsheet, reporting, and data-analysis skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly to leaders and non-financial partners.
  • Strong project ownership, organization, communication, judgment, and follow-through.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial, employee, and business information appropriately.
