Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. You will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.

Communicate with customers about delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, ensure efficient marketing activities, identify and drive new market opportunities, and manage administrative procedures in sales processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Market Research, Strategy, or Management Consulting
- Experience in Electrification, Smart Buildings, Building Automation, Energy Management, or related industries
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to develop growth strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives
