Assistant Controller, Financial Planning and Analysis

Role Overview

The Assistant Controller will support affiliates in activities related to accounting policies and procedures, and ensure reporting requirements are met. The role will work out of the Lake Forest location in the Infectious Disease division.

What You Will Do

The Assistant Controller will be responsible for managing and leading quarterly LBE and confirm process, providing financial guidance to affiliates, and leading consolidation and analysis of Infectious Disease Business Unit financial actual results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
• CPA or equivalent
• 10-15 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Planning or Reporting role in Multinational company environments
• Strong Interpersonal skills, ability to interact with multiple management levels of the organization
• Strong business acumen and understanding of strategic drivers
• 3-5 years of Supervisory or Managerial experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in English, written and oral
