Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst serves as a key finance partner supporting the FP&A manager with financial planning activities, forecasting processes, and analysis activities of the business. This role collaborates closely with operational leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical support.

What You Will Do

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, identify key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities. Assist with financial reporting and performance analysis of iSens P&L, including gross margin, operating expenses, capital spending, and operational performance metrics.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, operational finance, or a related finance function, and be proficient in Portuguese. Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, operational finance, or a related finance function
• Proficient in Portuguese
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
• Self-sufficient with ability to meet project timelines
• Strong technical skills (e.g. Excel, Power Point, Power BI)
• Ability to apply professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve routine problems and exercise independent decision making
• Requires strong analytical skills
• Experience establishing new processes and procedures
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills, self-starter, with ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
