Omada Health is seeking a Senior Director of Sales and Revenue Operations to scale our GTM operating system. You will lead a team across Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Channel Operations, reporting to the VP of Commercial Operations.
You will own the development of revenue operations strategy, forecast methodologies, and compensation design while partnering with Leaders across Sales, CS, Alliances, and Marketing to drive disciplined execution and growth.
