FP&A Manager

Role Overview

The FP&A Manager is responsible for ensuring that all financial data is developed, consolidated, and submitted with rigor aligned to Abbott’s standards. The role requires strong business judgment, maturity, and the ability to translate financial complexity into clear priorities and actions.

What You Will Do

The role involves leading quarterly financial forecasts, consolidating financial submissions, conducting scenario planning, and delivering monthly actual performance packages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field
• 8-10+ years of progressive finance experience managing financial performance/FP&A of a business unit or complex operation
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English required and ability to address and communicate to all organizational levels
• Proficiency with ERP and planning systems and advanced Excel / Power BI skills
• Proven knowledge of both US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Strong Financial and business acumen, ideally with experience in the Consumer industry
• Strong project management capabilities and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
