Finance Lead, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Overview

This position reports to the Finance Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis and supports key workstreams associated with AbbVie’s LBE, Plan, LRP, and Board of Directors (BOD). This role liaises with multiple cross-functional stakeholders within Finance and has opportunities to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

What You Will Do

Support the consolidation and reporting for the Non-GAAP LRP and Plan process by collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the company, prepare agile analysis for Director and VP of FP&A to support executive level storytelling, compile a comprehensive LRP and Plan Reporting Package for Senior Leadership, and ensure LRP and Plan data integrity across systems of record and support reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 6+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably across a range of Finance functions
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Superior communication skills: ability to summarize complex financial analyses in a clear & concise manner
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities
• Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with BPC, Power BI, W-Desk a plus
