Finance Lead, FP&A Consolidations

Role Overview

The Finance Lead will drive the financial planning and analysis processes, requirements, and important team projects across the US Oncology business. Ensures compliance with financial policies, prepares management analyses of actual vs. benchmark results, prepares ad hoc financial analyses, and implements process improvements for direct areas of responsibility.

What You Will Do

Drives monthly closing and quarterly forecast packages; Supports the Annual Plan, Long-Range Plan (LRP) and Latest Best Estimate (LBE) consolidation; Prepares required planning cycle’s submission templates for C&O and VP SG&A.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • CPA or MBA a plus
  • Minimum 6+ years of progressive and related experience
  • Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient Excel skills required
  • Knowledge of SAP and BPC a plus
