We are looking for an FP&A Manager / Assistant Controller to strengthen our team in the area of Controlling. As a member of our team, you will contribute to presenting financial reports and key figures to Senior Management and Cost Center Managers, and coordinate and prepare monthly forecasts.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or MBA in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certifications (e.g. CPA, CMA) are an advantage
- At least 5-10 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting
- Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Familiarity with financial analysis tools and software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills, especially in the interpretation of complex data
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
