TA Director, Clinical Data Strategy and Operations

AbbVie is seeking a TA Director, Clinical Data Strategy and Operations to lead a global workforce and support an assigned therapeutic area within the company’s clinical trial portfolio. The Director will be responsible for executing the Clinical Data Strategy and Operations (CDSO) operating model, developing a leadership team, and promoting a culture of execution and collaboration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or as an operations leader in an applicable industry
• 5+ years of matrix team management experience
• Broad business orientation, including advanced operations philosophy and methodology
• Crisp and clear communication in both written and oral forms
• Ability to approach situations with a neutral mindset, to gather evidence, to understand opposing points of view, and to form opinions that lead to results
