The Research & Data Analyst supports the department in leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance the Center’s operational effectiveness, conducting market and sector research, developing analytical models, and generating insights to guide strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data management, information technology, business administration, Research, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-year Experience in research, data analysis, and strategic planning, preferably in a cultural sector environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights
- Familiarity with performance measurement tools and key performance indicator (KPI) development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, or similar platforms)
