Role Overview
Monitor and analyze payment method performance, lead partner business reviews, and track key performance indicators. Serve as the primary operational contact and subject matter expert for payment customer flows towards internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Manage payment risk settings, branding requirements, and operational configurations across various Payment Service Providers (PSP) and internal systems. Oversee and continuously optimize the end-to-end checkout and payment experience for end customers.
