Abridge is a healthcare technology company that is transforming healthcare delivery experiences with generative AI. We are looking for a Head of People Operations to join our team and help us achieve our mission of powering deeper understanding in healthcare.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in People Operations, ideally in high-growth, multi-state tech companies.
- Strength in systems thinking, process design, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience managing or building People systems (specifically Rippling).
- Understands compensation cycles, audits, and data accuracy — but isn’t primarily a Comp professional.
- Skilled communicator who brings calm, clarity, and structure to complexity.
- Builder mindset — loves creating scalable systems more than maintaining existing systems
