Role Overview
Abridge is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to join its Revenue Operations team. The role will own the systems, workflows, and analytics that power the Partner Experience (PX) organization, including administration of Planhat and Zendesk. The successful candidate will provide actionable insights that align operations with company goals, helping to accelerate growth and optimize the partner journey.
What You Will Do
The Revenue Operations Manager will own the PX Tech Stack, optimize operational workflows, empower data-driven insights and strategic decisions, and enhance revenue and forecast clarity. The role will also act as a business partner to PX leadership, translating their priorities into systems, process, and reporting.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS company
- Extensive experience with SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Planhat (or Gainsight/similar CS platform), Zendesk, and exposure to LMS/CMS administration
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and key metrics that influence success in Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success
- Fluency in post-sale metrics: net revenue retention, gross retention, adoption and utilization, NPS, CSAT, and support SLA performance
- Exceptional AI and Business Intelligence experience (Claude, OpenAI, Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Business Intelligence tools, etc.)
- Proven track record in building and maintaining commercial dashboards and reports that provide clarity and support data-driven decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals, priorities, and revenue-driving strategies
- Excellent project management skills, with a history of successfully leading and driving complex initiatives to completion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational scalability
