Finance Business Partner – FP&A | Consultants, Associate Managers & Managers

Role Overview

The Finance Business Partner provides financial analysis, planning, reporting, and commercial insight to help business and functional stakeholders improve performance and make informed decisions across FP&A, operational and commercial finance, investment, and cost management.

What You Will Do

Analyze and communicate financial and operational performance, improve dashboards, report frameworks, metrics, and processes, support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, perform variance and scenario analysis, and partner with stakeholders to provide practical financial insight.

• Proven ability to deliver financial insight and decision support
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP, planning, and BI platforms
• Strong communication and presentation skills
