SuperDial is looking for an Account Executive (AE) focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) organizations to drive growth and adoption of our AI-powered solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management (RCM), medical billing, coding processes, and healthcare finance operations
- Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to translate technical AI/automation capabilities into clear business value for healthcare decision-makers
- Data-driven approach to sales, with proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track pipeline and performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to sell to both technical and non-technical audiences
