Role Overview
The Sales Operations Analyst provides operational, analytical, and administrative support for sales systems, reporting, data management, and sales processes. The primary objective of this role is to enable sales leadership and field teams to operate efficiently and make informed business decisions that support organizational goals and sales performance.
What You Will Do
Administer and support sales technology platforms, prepare recurring sales reports, support data quality and governance efforts, compile performance metrics, and execute lead management and pipeline support activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Sales Operations, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, CRM administration, business analysis, or a related support function
- Experience supporting a field sales organization and working with CRM or sales technology platforms preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com administration and reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, workflow automation, and system integrations
