People Operations Executive

We are a dynamic and fast-growing financial technology group headquartered in Manchester, United Kingdom, with an established presence across the UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. As we scale our EMI and remittance operations amid 2025’s fintech landscape, we are building a leadership team to drive innovation, regulatory compliance, and excellence across our dual-regulated ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably with international HR exposure
• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with international stakeholders
• Familiarity with international labor practices; exposure to European HR operations is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
