Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably with international HR exposure
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with international stakeholders
- Familiarity with international labor practices; exposure to European HR operations is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
