Senior Manager, Sales Enablement & Analytics

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Sales Enablement & Analytics will lead the design and development of a unified commercial workflow platform, developing and delivering training programs to support the adoption of new commercial workflows and applications. This role will work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training that focuses on advanced, insight-driven analytical solutions. The Senior Manager will lead user readiness, adoption, reinforcement, and role-transition strategies to ensure successful behavioral change across sales, category, analytics, and leadership audiences.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and deliver multi-faceted training programs, provide training solutions that enable associates to effectively leverage AI-generated insights, and lead user readiness and adoption strategies. The Senior Manager will also create role-based learning experiences, facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, and develop case use studies and learning assessments.
