Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales operations in Ixelles, Belgium. In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive revenue growth, build and mentor a high-performing sales team, and establish ACT-ON as a market leader in the region.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth across the Belgium market, lead a high-performing sales team, establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of proven sales leadership experience
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales environments, preferably in software or technology solutions
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets and sales objectives
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools; experience with ACT-ON platform is preferred
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Experience managing P&L responsibilities and sales budgets
- Knowledge of the Belgium and/or European market is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is mandatory
