We’re helping our client find an Ad Operations Coordinator to support the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in ad operations, digital marketing, or media support roles
  • Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Snap, etc.)
  • Experience with ad servers, tags, and tracking (e.g., Campaign Manager, Pixels, UTM parameters)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of fundamental media metrics
