We’re helping our client find an Ad Operations Coordinator to support the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Requirements
- Set up, traffic, and QA digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, programmatic DSPs, and ad servers (e.g., Google Campaign Manager). Primary platforms will be Meta and Demand Gen (YouTube). Potential for TikTok, Snapchat, AppLovin
- Manage campaign timelines, creative assets, tags, and tracking pixels
- Monitor live campaigns to ensure correct delivery, pacing, and performance
- Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, and reporting issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Assist in compiling campaign performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, ad hoc)
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaign specs, processes, and optimizations
- Support A/B testing, creative rotations, and optimization recommendations based on strategic direction from your manager
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, privacy regulations, and internal standards
- Communicate campaign status, issues, and insights clearly to stakeholders
