We are seeking a highly analytical Ad Operations Specialist with a deep understanding of paid social platforms and campaign optimization for lead generation success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital ad operations or paid social campaign management.
- Proven success managing B2B Meta and LinkedIn campaigns with measurable lead generation outcomes.
- Strong understanding of pixel tracking, CAPI, and attribution systems.
- Experience using Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
- Moderate experience in Google Search, Display, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, and Twitter Ads.
- Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Hub is a strong plus (workflow creation, CRM integration, reporting).
- Data-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and time zones.
