We’re seeking an Ad Operations Coordinator to support the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. In this role, you will work closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns launch on time, track accurately, and perform effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in ad operations, digital marketing, or media support roles
- Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Snap, etc.)
- Experience with ad servers, tags, and tracking (e.g., Campaign Manager, Pixels, UTM parameters)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of fundamental media metrics
