We’re helping our client find an Ad Operations Coordinator to support the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Requirements
- Set up, traffic, and QA digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, programmatic DSPs, and ad servers (e.g., Google Campaign Manager).
- Manage campaign timelines, creative assets, tags, and tracking pixels.
- Monitor live campaigns to ensure correct delivery, pacing, and performance.
- Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, and reporting issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Assist in compiling campaign performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, ad hoc).
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaign specs, processes, and optimizations.
- Support A/B testing, creative rotations, and optimization recommendations based on strategic direction from your manager.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, privacy regulations, and internal standards.
- Communicate campaign status, issues, and insights clearly to stakeholders.
