Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate new sales opportunities through prospecting research and outreach efforts. The role will involve executing sales sequences in HubSpot, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings. The SDR will work in a hybrid model out of our Reston, Virginia office and working from home.
What You Will Do
Build out lists of qualified accounts and prospects, execute strategic sales sequences, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings. Track and report on activity and pipeline in CRM.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Any Major Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Psychology preferred)
- Experience prospecting, list building, cold calling, executing email campaigns, appointment setting, demand generation
- Experience using CRM (HubSpot), Microsoft (Outlook, Excel), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, sales-enablement tools (dialer, content generation) or AI tools (Claude, Jasper, etc.)
- Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and written, to VP and C-level executives
- Proven and creative problem-solving skills
