Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with strong CPQ expertise to support and optimize our Salesforce environment within a rapidly growing SaaS organization. This position sits at the intersection of Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Customer Success, ensuring that Salesforce supports how the company actually sells and manages its customers. The successful candidate will be operational, proactive, and comfortable working with GTM teams in a subscription SaaS environment. You must understand how Account Executives and Account Managers work, and be able to translate business processes into scalable Salesforce configurations. Experience supporting CRM migrations, integrations, or system consolidation during acquisitions will be a major advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Lifecycle Governance: Drive end-to-end optimization of Salesforce CPQ, translating complex business strategies into sophisticated product offerings, pricing logic, and automated approval workflows.
  • Quote-to-Cash Alignment: Ensure that the CPQ engine accurately reflects actual pricing structures and contract processes, streamlining the journey from initial quote to finance-ready data.
  • Scalable System Design: Lead the evolution of our foundational data structures and Flow automations, ensuring the platform is designed for long-term performance rather than short-term fixes.
  • Migration and M&A Leadership: Serve as the technical point of reference for CRM migrations and system consolidations, maintaining a unified and robust data model during global expansions and entity integrations.
  • GTM Strategic Advisor: Collaborate directly with Sales, RevOps, and Finance leadership to translate high-level business needs into scalable technical configurations.
  • Revenue Operations Synergy: Work closely with Data and RevOps teams to ensure optimal system coherence, with emphasis on pipeline visibility and reliable reporting across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • System Integrity and Performance: Maintain high standards for data quality and system health, making the platform a “source of truth” that GTM teams actually adopt and trust.
  • Proactive Problem Resolution: Identify and eliminate friction points within the Salesforce ecosystem, going beyond maintenance to drive continuous platform improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in Salesforce administration with demonstrated history managing complex organizations.
  • Demonstrable experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience within B2B SaaS companies or subscription-based business models.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and customer lifecycle.
  • Experience supporting CRM migrations or integrations is highly valued.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
  • Change management experience: Proven track record leading CRM integrations or migrations, ideally in M&A or rapid growth contexts.
  • Language proficiency: French (C2), Professional English fluency.
