The Product Ops team is the operational backbone of Adaptive’s product org. We’re hiring an AI Product Operations Associate to help re-define how this team operates by learning the core functions of Product Ops and then automating, streamlining, and transforming those workflows using AI.
Requirements
- 0-4 years of experience in ops, product, consulting, engineering, or a startup generalist role
- Experience with AI tools daily to get real work done
- Builder mentality to use AI to rapidly build working prototypes and internal tools
- Strategically ambitious to figure out how to make entire categories of work disappear
- Operationally excellent to manage a queue, hit deadlines, and not drop balls
