FIS is seeking a Sales Operations Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end transformation across our global go-to-market organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, STEM, Economics, or related analytical discipline.
- 5-8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting or related GTM roles.
- Proven expertise in process mapping, root-cause analysis, and future-state process design.
- Strong communication and PowerPoint storytelling capability.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM, CRMA/Tableau/Power BI, Excel, and operational reporting.
