Role Overview

Addepar is hiring a Manager to lead our Finance Systems team, overseeing finance systems roadmap, partnering with leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive a unified G&A experience.

What You Will Do

The Manager will oversee core finance enterprise applications, ensure scalability, security, and operational efficiency, and drive data governance and MDM.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance Systems
• 2+ years of direct experience managing technical individual contributors in a global environment
• Deep administrative and functional mastery of NetSuite
• Hands-on experience across P2P platforms (e.g., Coupa), travel/expense solutions (e.g., Navan), financial planning solutions (e.g. Pigment) and enterprise middleware (e.g. Boomi)
• Proven track record of managing multi-year systems roadmaps, leading end-to-end enterprise implementations, and driving G&A systems unification
• Strong ability to translate complex accounting and finance requirements into clear technical specifications
